The CMT8266W0 is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator designed for demanding industrial applications. It offers up to six forward channels, UL1577 safety certification, and supports multiple isolation voltage ratings (3.75kVRMS, 5.7kVRMS). The device excels in providing high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation with low power consumption. With a data rate of up to 150Mbps and a common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 250kV/s, the CMT8266W0 ensures reliable operation. Its default low output level upon power loss prevents IPM switching issues during power-up. The wide supply voltage range allows direct connection to most digital interfaces, enhancing system reliability and stability. The integrated interlock function between adjacent channels offers shoot-through protection, mitigating the risk of IGBT short circuits within IPMs and strengthening system robustness.
