The CMT812X series are high-performance, dual-channel digital isolators utilizing silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation to provide up to 5 kVrms isolation voltage. Designed for communication between two different power domains, these isolators prevent noise currents from entering local grounds or interfering with sensitive circuits. They offer high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation due to innovative chip design and layout, meeting system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. The series supports SOIC-16 wide body, SOW8L wide body, and SOIC-8 narrow body packages.
