The CMT812X series are high-performance, dual-channel digital isolators designed for robust communication between two different power domains. Utilizing silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation, these isolators provide up to 5 kVrms isolation voltage, preventing noise currents from interfering with sensitive circuitry. They offer enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with low emissions and high immunity to system-level ESD, EFT, and surges. Available in various packages, the CMT812X series is ideal for industrial automation, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, motor control, isolated SPI, and general-purpose multi-channel isolation.
