Product Overview
The CMT826X is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, protecting sensitive circuits from noise currents and ground loops. The device offers up to six forward channels or three bidirectional channels. Depending on the model (CMT826X1 or CMT826X0), it defaults to a high or low output state upon loss of input power or signal. Engineered for low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation, the CMT826X series is available in SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
