The CMT826X is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 insulation technology, supporting isolation voltages up to 5.7kVrms. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents from entering local grounds or interfering with sensitive circuits. The CMT826X offers up to six forward or three backward channels. Depending on the model (CMT826X1 or CMT826X0), it defaults to a high or low output state upon loss of input power or signal. This series excels in low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation due to innovative chip design and layout, meeting system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. Available in SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
