Product Overview

The CMT826X is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 insulation technology, capable of supporting isolation voltages up to 5.7kVrms. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive local circuits. The CMT826X offers up to six forward or three backward channels. Models CMT826X1 default to a high output level and CMT826X0 to a low output level upon loss of input power or signal. This device achieves high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation with low power consumption, owing to its innovative chip design and layout that meets system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. The CMT826X series is available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
