Product Overview
The CMT826X is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive local circuits. The device offers up to six forward or three bidirectional channels. Depending on the model (CMT826X1 defaults to high, CMT826X0 defaults to low upon power/signal loss), it provides high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation through innovative chip design and layout. Available in SOIC-16 wide and narrow packages.
