Product Overview

The CMT826X series are high-performance six-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, capable of supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. These digital isolators facilitate communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground or interfering with and damaging sensitive circuits. The CMT826X offers up to six forward channels or three bidirectional channels. In the event of input power or signal loss, the CMT826X1 defaults to a high output level, while the CMT826X0 defaults to a low output level. These devices achieve high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation with low power consumption. Through innovative chip design and layout, the CMT826X significantly enhances electromagnetic compatibility, meeting system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. The CMT826X series is available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
