The CMT826X is a high-performance, six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive local ground or circuits. The CMT826X offers up to six forward or three backward channels. Variants CMT826X1 default to a high output level and CMT826X0 to a low output level upon loss of input power or signal. The device excels in low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation due to innovative chip design and layout. It is available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
