CMT8100/CMT8101 High Reliability Bidirectional I2C Isolator
The CMT8100 and CMT8101 series are high-reliability bidirectional isolators compatible with the I2C interface, compliant with AEC-Q100 and UL1577 safety standards. They offer various electrical isolation withstand voltages (3.75 kVrms, 5 kVrms) with low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation. These devices support I2C clock speeds up to 2 MHz and common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) up to 150 kV/us. The wide power supply voltage range allows direct connection to most digital interfaces, enabling smooth level translation and enhancing equipment reliability and stability through high system-level EMC performance.
