CMT804X High-Speed Quad-Channel Digital Isolator

The CMT804X is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator utilizing silicon dioxide (SiO2) isolation technology, supporting up to 5 kVrms isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive circuits. The device features an enable pin for high-impedance output control in multi-master applications and offers configurable default output states (high or low) for different models. Designed for low power consumption and low emissions, it boasts enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) for system-level ESD, EFT, surge immunity, and low radiation. Available in both wide and narrow SOIC-16 packages, the CMT804X series is ideal for industrial automation, new energy vehicles, photovoltaic inverters, motor control, isolated SPI, and general multi-channel isolation applications.
