Product Overview
The CMT802XNXL series are high-performance, dual-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 isolation barriers, supporting up to 3.75 kVRMS isolation voltage. These isolators facilitate communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering local grounds or interfering with and damaging sensitive circuitry. The CMT802XNXL features two channels, with CMT802XN1L offering a default high output and CMT802XN0L a default low output. They achieve high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation at low power consumption, thanks to innovative chip design and layout that enhances EMC performance for system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance. The series is available in a SOIC-8 narrow body package.
