Product Overview

The CMT826X series are high-performance, six-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. Designed for communication between different power domains, they prevent noise currents from entering local grounds or interfering with sensitive circuits. These isolators offer up to six forward channels or three reverse channels. The CMT826X1 defaults to a high output level and the CMT826X0 to a low output level upon loss of input power or signal. They achieve high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation with low power consumption, thanks to innovative chip design and layout. The CMT826X series is available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
