Product Overview
The CMT826X is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, supporting up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. It facilitates communication between two different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive circuits. With up to six forward or three backward channels, it offers options for default output states upon loss of power or signal. The CMT826X boasts enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) with low power consumption and low radiation, meeting system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. Available in SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
