Product Overview
The CMT826X series are high-performance, six-channel digital isolators utilizing SiO2 isolation technology, capable of withstanding up to 5.7kVrms isolation voltage. These isolators facilitate communication between different power domains, preventing noise currents from affecting sensitive circuits. They offer up to six forward or three reverse channels. The CMT826X1 defaults to a high output level and the CMT826X0 to a low output level upon loss of input power or signal. Designed for low power consumption, high electromagnetic immunity, and low radiation, the CMT826X series features innovative chip design and layout for enhanced EMC performance, meeting system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and radiation compliance requirements. Available in both SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages.
