Product Overview
The HT-302X_305X series of devices are GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon non-zero voltage crossing photo triac. Designed for interface logic systems with discrete power triacs, they are ideal for solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key features include high input-output isolation voltage (5,000Vrms), high repetitive peak off-state voltage (400V for HT-302X, 600V for HT-305X), and a high critical rate of rise of off-state voltage (MIN. 1000V/s). They operate in a temperature range of -40 to 110 and are UL, VDE, and CQC approved.
