The CT3010, CT3011, CT3012, CT3020, CT3021, CT3022, and CT3023 are 250V/400V Random Phase 6-Pin Phototriac Optocouplers. These devices consist of a Random Phase Photo Triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide Infrared-emitting diode, housed in a 6-lead DIP package with various lead forming options. They offer high isolation, a wide temperature range, and are suitable for applications such as motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve control.
