Product Overview
The CT3031, CT3032, CT3033, CT3041, CT3042, and CT3043 are 250V/400V Zero Cross 6-Pin Phototriac Optocouplers. These devices consist of a Zero Cross Photo Triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide Infrared-emitting diode, designed for applications requiring high isolation and AC power switching. They offer a peak breakdown voltage of 250V for the CT303x series and 400V for the CT304x series, operating within a wide temperature range of -55C to 100C.
