Product Overview
The CT3010, CT3011, CT3012, CT3020, CT3021, CT3022, and CT3023 are 250V/400V Random Phase 6-Pin Phototriac Optocouplers. They consist of a Random Phase Photo Triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide Infrared-emitting diode in a 6-lead DIP package, available with various lead forming options. These optocouplers offer high isolation and are suitable for applications such as motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve control.
