Product Overview
The CT3010, CT3011, CT3012, CT3020, CT3021, CT3022, and CT3023 are Random Phase Phototriac Optocouplers designed for AC power control applications. They feature high isolation (5000 VRMS) and are available in 250V or 400V versions. These optocouplers consist of an infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a phototriac, housed in a 6-lead DIP package with various lead forming options. They are suitable for motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve control.
