Overview
The CT3061, CT3062, CT3063, CT3081, CT3082, and CT3083 series are 600V/800V Zero Cross Phototriac Optocouplers designed for high isolation applications. These devices feature a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a zero-cross phototriac, housed in a 6-lead DIP package with various lead forming options. They are suitable for motor controls, lamp ballasts, static AC power switches, and solenoid/valve controls.
