The CT354 Series is an AC input, 4-pin Mini-Flat DMC-Isolator Phototransistor Optocoupler from CT Micro. Featuring a patented coplanar structure, it offers high isolation of 3750 VRMS and operates across a wide temperature range of -55 C to 110 C. Available with various Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) selections, this optocoupler is designed for applications including switch mode power supplies, computer peripheral interfaces, and microprocessor system interfaces. It is RoHS, REACH, and Halogen Free compliant, with multiple regulatory approvals including UL, VDE, CQC, and IEC62368.
