The KMOC3081, KMOC3082, and KMOC3083 series are GaAs infrared emitting diode photocouplers with a zero voltage crossing bilateral TRIAC driver. Designed for interface logic systems with 240 VAC powered equipment, they simplify control of AC power in applications such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key advantages include an 800V peak blocking voltage and high isolation voltage (5300Vrms).
