The KMOC3081, KMOC3082, and KMOC3083 series are GaAs infrared emitting diode photocouplers with a zero voltage crossing bilateral TRIAC driver. Designed for interfacing logic systems with 240 VAC powered equipment, these devices simplify control of solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key features include 800V peak blocking voltage, zero voltage crossing, and high isolation voltage (5300Vrms).
