The KMOC302X Series from Cosmo Electronics Corp. are 5-pin random-phase TRIAC driver photocouplers. These devices optically isolate electronic controls from power TRIACs, enabling control of resistive and inductive loads for 115 VAC operations. They feature a GaAs infrared emitting diode and a light-activated silicon bilateral switch, simplifying logic control and offering high isolation voltage.
