Cosmo KMOC306X Series 5PIN ZERO-CROSS TRIAC DRIVER PHOTOCOUPLER
The KMOC3061, KMOC3062, and KMOC3063 series are GaAs infrared emitting diode photocouplers with a monolithic silicon detector, designed to function as zero voltage crossing bilateral TRIAC drivers. They are ideal for interfacing logic systems with 115/240 VAC powered equipment such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids, and consumer appliances. Key features include 600V peak blocking voltage, simplified logic control of AC power, zero voltage crossing capability, and high isolation voltage (Viso: 5300Vrms). These devices are Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
