The KPC452 series is a 4-pin Mini-Flat photod Darlington photocoupler featuring a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo Darlington transistor. It offers a high collector-emitter voltage of 300V and an input-output isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms. This series is designed with a compact 4-pin SOP package with a 2.0mm profile, is halogen-free, Pb-free, and RoHS compliant. It is suitable for applications such as telephone sets, copiers, facsimiles, interfaces with power supply circuits, power distribution boards, and hybrid substrates requiring high-density mounting.
