Product Description
The K1010 series phototransistor photocouplers consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. Key features include a high current transfer ratio (CTR), high isolation voltage, and compliance with Pb-free and RoHS standards. These photocouplers are suitable for various applications including system appliances, measuring instruments, computer terminals, programmable controllers, medical instruments, physical and chemical equipment, and signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
