Product Description
The K1010 series phototransistor photocouplers consist of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. Key features include a high current transfer ratio (CTR), high isolation voltage, and compliance with Pb-free and RoHS standards.
