The Cosmo KP4010 Series is a 4-pin photodarlington photocoupler featuring a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photodarlington. Available in a compact dual-in-line package with wide-lead spacing and SMD options, it offers high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage (300V collector-emitter voltage). This series is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and MSL class 1.
