Product Description
The KP4010 series are 4-pin photodarlington photocouplers, featuring a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photodarlington. Available in a compact dual-in-line package with wide-lead spacing and SMD options, these photocouplers offer high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage up to 300V collector-emitter voltage. They are suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, and are widely used in system appliances, industrial robots, copiers, vending machines, facsimiles, telephone sets, numerical control machines, and interface circuits with power supplies.
