Product Description

The K3010 series phototransistor photocouplers feature two infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. These devices offer a current transfer ratio of at least 50% at IF=1mA and VCE=5V, and a high isolation voltage of 5000Vrms. They are Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and MSL class 1. Applications include system appliances, limit switches, sensors, programmable controllers, telephone sets and exchangers, and signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
