The K3010 series phototransistor photocouplers consist of two infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. These devices are suitable for system appliances, limit switches, sensors, programmable controllers, telephone sets and exchangers, and thermostats. They are ideal for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, offering low input and high Vceo characteristics.
