The Cosmo KP4010 Series is a 4-pin Photodarlington photocoupler featuring a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode optically coupled to a photodarlington. Available in a 4-pin DIP package with wide-lead spacing and SMD options, it offers a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage (5000Vrms). The collector-emitter voltage is 300V. This series is suitable for signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances, and is widely used in system appliances, industrial robots, copiers, vending machines, facsimiles, telephone sets, numerical control machines, and interface circuits for power supplies and distribution boards.
