The KPC452 Series is a 4-pin Mini-Flat Photodarlington photocoupler. It consists of a photo darlington optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. This series offers a high collector-emitter voltage of 300V and an input-output isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms. Its compact 4-pin SOP package with a 2.0mm profile makes it suitable for high-density mounting applications.
