The K3010 series phototransistor photocouplers feature two infrared emitting diodes connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. They are available in a 4-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and SMD. These devices offer high isolation voltage and are Pb-free and RoHS compliant, making them suitable for a wide range of applications including system appliances, limit switches, sensors, programmable controllers, telephone sets and exchangers, and signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
