The Cosmo KPC354NT Series is a 4-pin Mini-Flat phototransistor photocoupler. It features two infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a phototransistor detector. This series offers high input-output isolation voltage rated at 3750 Vrms and is packaged in a compact 4-pin SOP with a 2.0mm profile, making it suitable for high-density mounting applications. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
