The CEU8731U1W/CEU8731U0W are high-speed, high-reliability, three-channel, magnetically isolated universal digital isolators. They offer a 5.7 kVrms isolation withstand voltage according to UL-1577 and come in a wide-body SOW-16 package. Utilizing chip-level micro-transformers and proprietary AdaptivePulse modulation/demodulation technology, these isolators ensure signal integrity with typical transmission delays under 10 ns and common-mode transient immunity of 200 kV/s. The devices feature 2 forward and 1 reverse signal channels and provide a default output level (high or low selectable) upon input power loss.
