The CEU8742U1W/CEU8742U0W are high-speed, high-reliability, four-channel, magnetically isolated universal digital isolators. They meet a 5.7 kVrms isolation withstand voltage rating under UL-1577 standard and are housed in a wide-body SOW-16 package. Utilizing chip-level micro-transformers and proprietary AdaptivePulse modulation/demodulation technology for signal transmission, these isolators balance the timing precision of edge modulation with the robustness of On-Off Keying (OOK) modulation. They offer a typical signal transmission delay of less than 10 ns and a common-mode transient immunity of 200 kV/s. The devices include 2 forward and 2 reverse signal channels. The CEU8742U1W/CEU8742U0W provide power-down protection: the CEU8742U1W defaults to a high output level, while the CEU8742U0W defaults to a low output level when the input is powered down or floating.
