The BPC-817S series are optically coupled isolators featuring a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) light-emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. They offer high input-output isolation voltage (VISO=5,000Vrms), a current transfer ratio (CTR) of MIN. 50% at IF=5mA, VCE=5V, and a fast response time (tr: TYP. 4s). The lead pitch is 2.54mm. This product complies with RoHS standards and is VDE, UL/CUL, and CQC approved.
