The CNY17 is a light-emitting diode (LED) optocoupler that integrates an LED with a phototransistor, providing high input-output isolation (5000 Vrms). It offers a high collector-emitter voltage (VCEO = 70 V) and a fast response time (typically 5 s). Available in a 6-pin DIP package with options for wide-lead spacing and surface mounting, this optocoupler is suitable for signal transmission between circuits with different potentials and impedances, as well as feedback circuits in power supplies and system appliances.
