Product Overview

The Broadcom HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler featuring a high-performance AlGaAs LED coupled with two closely matched photodiodes. The input photodiode monitors and stabilizes the LED's light output, virtually eliminating nonlinearity and drift. The output photodiode generates a photocurrent linearly related to the LED's light output. This design ensures high linearity and stable gain, making it ideal for isolating analog signals in applications demanding good stability, linearity, bandwidth, and low cost. The HCNR200/201 offers flexibility for various operating modes, including unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/noninverting configurations, providing an excellent solution for analog signal isolation challenges.
