HCNR200/HCNR201 High-Linearity Analog Optocouplers
The HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed for isolating analog signals across a wide range of applications. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED that illuminates two closely matched photodiodes. The input photodiode can be used to monitor and stabilize the LED's light output, virtually eliminating non-linearity and drift. The output photodiode generates a photocurrent linearly related to the LED's light output. This design ensures high linearity and stable gain characteristics. The HCNR200/201 offers flexibility for various circuit designs, including unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/non-inverting configurations, making it an excellent solution for analog isolation challenges.
