Product Overview

The ASSR-V62X Series is a dual-channel photovoltaic MOSFET driver designed for high-power MOSFET applications. It features an AlGaAs infrared LED input optically coupled to a high-speed photovoltaic diode array and driver circuitry. This configuration allows for the independent driving of two external high-voltage MOSFETs. The driver activates with a minimum input current of 3mA and deactivates with an input voltage of 0.8V or less. The series offers versatility, enabling channels to be connected in series to double photovoltaic voltage or in parallel to double short-circuit current. Available in 8-pin DIP and Gull Wing Surface Mount packages, these drivers are suitable for Solid State Relay Modules and voltage supplies for electronic circuits.
