Product Overview
The HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed for a wide range of applications requiring stable, linear, and low-cost analog signal isolation. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED coupled with two closely matched photodiodes. The input photodiode allows for monitoring and stabilization of the LED's light output, virtually eliminating non-linearity and drift. The output photodiode generates a photocurrent linearly related to the LED's light output. This design ensures high linearity and stable gain characteristics, making it suitable for applications in telecom, industrial process control, SMPS feedback loops, and motor supply voltage monitoring. The device offers flexibility in circuit design, supporting unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/non-inverting configurations.
