Product Overview
The HCPL-4701/4731/070A/073A series are very low power consumption, high gain single and dual channel optocouplers. Designed for ultra-low input current capability (as low as 40 A) and specified for 3V operation, these devices offer typical power consumption of less than 1 mW. They are ideal for battery-operated applications, ISDN telephone interfaces, and ground isolation between logic families due to their high current transfer ratio (up to 3500%) and TTL/CMOS compatible output. These optocouplers ensure specified AC and DC performance over a temperature range of 0C to 70C and are available in 8-Pin DIP and SOIC-8 footprints.
