The HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed for robust analog signal isolation. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED illuminating two closely matched photodiodes, enabling precise monitoring and stabilization of LED light output. This design virtually eliminates non-linearity and drift, ensuring high linearity and stable gain characteristics. The optocoupler offers a wide bandwidth from DC to over 1 MHz and supports flexible circuit design for various applications including telecommunications, industrial process control, and SMPS feedback loops. It is available in an 8-pin DIP package with options for surface mount and worldwide safety approvals.
