Product Overview

The HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed for precise analog signal isolation. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED illuminating two closely matched photodiodes, enabling the input photodiode to monitor and stabilize LED output, virtually eliminating non-linearity and drift. The output photodiode generates a phot current linearly related to LED output. This optocoupler offers excellent stability, linearity, bandwidth (DC to >1 MHz), and low cost, making it suitable for a wide range of analog isolation applications including telecommunications, industrial process control, SMPS feedback loops, and motor supply voltage monitoring. Its flexible design allows for unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/non-inverting operation.
