The Broadcom ACPL-8x7 series are multi-channel, full-pitch phototransistor optocouplers designed for reliable signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances. Available in dual-channel (ACPL-827) and quad-channel (ACPL-847) configurations, these optocouplers feature a DC input and a phototransistor output. They offer high input-output isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, a typical response time of 4 s, and a minimum Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) of 50% at 5 mA input current. These optocouplers are suitable for I/O interfaces in programmable controllers and computers, sequence controllers, system appliances, and measuring instruments.
