Product Overview

The Broadcom HCNR200/201 is a high-linearity analog optocoupler designed to isolate analog signals with exceptional stability, linearity, and bandwidth. It features a high-performance AlGaAs LED illuminating two closely matched photodiodes. The input photodiode monitors and stabilizes the LED's light output, virtually eliminating nonlinearity and drift. The output photodiode generates a photocurrent linearly related to the LED's light output. This design ensures high linearity and stable gain characteristics, making it an excellent solution for various analog isolation challenges. The HCNR200/201 offers flexibility for unipolar/bipolar, AC/DC, and inverting/noninverting applications at a low cost.
