The HCPL-M600/01/11 series are single-channel, high Common Mode Rejection (CMR), high-speed logic gate optocouplers designed for surface mounting. These devices feature a miniature SO-5 footprint, occupying approximately one-fourth the area of standard dual-in-line packages, and are compatible with standard surface mount processes. They combine a GaAsP light-emitting diode with an integrated high-gain photon detector, offering an open-collector Schottky-clamped transistor output. The internal shield provides robust common mode transient immunity, ensuring maximum AC and DC circuit isolation while maintaining TTL compatibility.
